A brief conversation about holidays, highlighting a clear understanding of #responsibility.
Today our operations team observed a brief exchange between our company owner and a department supervisor while discussing the Spring Festival break.
The owner asked how many days would be appropriate.
The supervisor replied calmly:
“Spring Festival is our most important traditional holiday.
It only comes once a year.
People should have enough time to return home and be with their families.
Fifteen days feels #reasonable.
At the same time, we still have customers’ orders to complete.
Even during the holiday, everyone keeps these commitments in mind.”
It was a simple discussion, but it reflected something meaningful:
Enjoy the holiday fully.
And when we return, we deliver what we promised.
For us, manufacturing is not only about timelines and production.
It is also about #respecting traditions while honoring commitments.
A healthy team culture is built on balance —
between family time and professional #responsibility.
What does “balance” look like in your team during important holidays?
